------------ PULPERS

Two New Pulpers That Reduce Waste By 85%.
For more than 60 years, In-Sink-Erator has been helping foodservice operations efficiently manage waste disposal. Now we're introducing a new freestanding and a new trough-mount food waste pulper. Each combines a waste disposer with a dewatering section.

How the system works.
The disposer grinds kitchen waste, which is
then sent to the dewatering section where
water is squeezed out. Solid waste exits the
system at approximately 15% of its original
volume. The water recirculates through the
entire system.

Rugged, reliable
stainless steel construction.

These new pulpers give you In-Sink-Erator
quality, performance and reliability.
 · 5 H.P disposer motor.
 · Easy to clean, no tools required.
 · Pre-plumbed for fast, reliable installation.
 · Built-in silverware saver.
 · Minimum water required.

No-cardboard required.
To work properly, most pulpers have to be
fed cardboard. That can be a big problem
for Operations that don't use cardboard or
where environmental regulations require
recycling of cardboard.
Our pulping systems are designed to work
without cardboard. They efficiently pulp
any and all of the wastes normally found in
foodservice operations, including food scraps,
paper placemats, napkins, sugar or jelly
packets, milk cartons and drinking straws, etc.

Improved productivity
In-Sink-Erator pulpers process both liquid and
solid waste, saving kitchen staff time on waste
separation and trips to the dumpster. They can
perform more productive tasks in a cleaner
environment. Cleaning and maintenance are
quick and easy. Auger, tube and chute remove
easily for cleaning, without the use of tools.

Model PT5OO is an in-line system that can be connected to a standard scrapping trough.

Model PC500 is a free-standing cabinet-style system that can be placed anywhere in the kitchen.
